Iraqi Joint Staff College Graduates Earn their “Red Stripe”
	Baghdad , Iraq ,25th January 2010 Ninety-six Iraqi officers graduated from a year-long course at the Joint Staff Command College (JSCC) here Jan. 25. The graduates from the Iraqi armed forces and the Ministry of Interior are now qualified as staff officers, which is distinguished on their uniforms by a red stripe on the shoulder epaulettes. Kurdish Zerevani Policemen Train with Federal Police
