CC-Air IZMIR Commanders Visit JFC Naples

JFC Naples 19th January 2010 – The newly appointed Commander Component Command Air-Headquarters Izmir (CC-Air Izmir) Lieutenant General Ralph J Jodice II, U.S Air Force and the Deputy Chief of Staff Operation Rear Admiral John R. Hines Jr, USA Navy visited NATO Headquarters Joint Force Command Naples.

JFC Commander Admiral Mark Fitzgerald and Deputy Commander JFC Naples Lieutenant General Charles Bouchard greeted both CC-Air Izmir Commanders.  Lieutenant General Ralph J Jodice II took the salute at the military Honours Cordon ceremony to mark the event. 

During the visit several current topics were discussed and both CC-Air Izmir Commanders attended the NRF 16/17 Commander Conference.

 Lieutenant General Ralph J Jodice as the CC-Air Izmir Commander is responsible for the command and control of air operation overseeing, planning, coordination and execution of all air related tasks. The Command contributes to the security, peace, stability and territorial integrity of alliance member states throughout its area of operation.
